DIRECTOR OF THE AL MUNTAZIR SEMINARY PROMOTES EDUCATION IN THE COUNTRY
More than 250
Secondary Students from the different countries in Africa have contributed to
the debate Competition at the Seminary School of Al Muntazir in Dar es Salaam.
The competition aims
at developing students' ability to express themselves, self-confidence that can
help them to do well in their studies.
Speaking to
Journalists Director of the Seminary School of Al Muntazir Islamic Mahmood
Ladak, he said the competition has a total of 15 schools from Tanzania, while
others are from Zimbabwe, South Africa and Uganda.
Ladak has said that
the purpose of the competition is to combine Tanzanian students and relatives
from different countries to exchange educational ideas that they have learned
in class.
He said the
competition was known as 'Mwalimu Nyerere School Inventation Debete
Championship' expected to end on August 13 this year.
He explained that
among the topics discussed in the debate would include the National System, as
well as various events.
"There are
various topics that they discuss including subject topics because they give
students the opportunity to exchange academic knowledge" said Ladak.
The coordinator of
the Institute for Debete Dominic Mfufulele, said that in achieving this debate
they used the process of enrolled in through social forum campaigns, as well as
media.
However some
villagers from different schools have been able to follow the debate that
builds them up mentally.
Mduduzi Mhlanga is a
student from St John Collage School in Zimbabwe that the competition is good as
it builds them up in expression and confidence in their studies.
Hawa student from
the Al Muntazir Islamic Seminary School thanked the school governing body for
reading the competition that has seemed to be a friend for the students.
Bill Bob Luomba, a
student at Al-Muntazir school, said it was an opportunity for them to make sure
they did well in the debate.
He said several
topics are still being discussed in a school that reads to give students his
opportunity to learn more practical so that they can continue doing well.
Among the
participating schools from Tanzania include Al Muntazir Islamic Seminary who
are among the organizers of the tournament that is held in Tanzania twice.
Participants are
private schools based on what most students of the state school have been
saying have been facing the fear of increasing their self-esteem.
